As a result of living the plastic condition in Ibiza and Formentera and witnessing the great environmental damage in our ecosystem, due to poor waste management, bad social customs and polluting habits, RAQUEL LOPEZ PAREJO wanted to appeal to the Planet about the huge problem that we are generating both with the consumption of plastic, or any other waste thrown into the sea.
This is how the first RECYCLE YOUR MIND calendar was born, which benefits will go to support the work of the Plastic Free Ibiza and Formentera movement.
Volunteers of great names from the international Make Up scene, such as Einat Dan, and Photography, such as Camilla Camaglia, and the unconditional support of the fantastic team of models, photographers and assistants, together with sponsoring companies, have made it possible for this calendar to be created.
With much love and passion the team has managed to transform the waste materials they found in the streets of Sant Antonio (Ibiza) into pure visual art, to give life to a great work that we hope will raise awareness of more and more people to reduce single use plastic, which is infesting our lives.
